    You may shop as a guest or create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.

  3. Product Information

    We strive to display accurate product information. Slight variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur due to natural ingredients. All descriptions are for general cosmetic purposes and not intended as medical advice.

  4. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT.
    • Accepted payment methods: credit card, Tabby, Tamara.
    • Prices and promotions may change without notice.
    • The price at checkout is final and inclusive of all fees before payment.

  5. Order Acceptance

    Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but not acceptance.
    A contract is formed only when you receive a shipping confirmation email.
    We may cancel or decline orders for reasons including unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

  6. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery is available across all Emirates within the UAE.
    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
    • Deliveries are handled by Storages or an equivalent courier partner.
    • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address.

  7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

    We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and hygiene seals are intact.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

    If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact dee@solbathandbeauty.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the purchase value.

  8. Promotions & Discounts

    Promotional codes and offers are subject to their terms.
    Codes cannot be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
    We may modify or withdraw offers at any time.

  9. Intellectual Property
