We currently ship to all Emirates within the UAE. -
Delivery
- Orders process in 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
- Delivery partner: Storages or an equivalent courier.
- Tracking details will be provided via email or SMS.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Occasional free-shipping promotions may apply. -
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original packaging with hygiene seals intact. Opened or used products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact dee@solbathandbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and order details. Once verified, we’ll issue store credit equal to the product value or arrange a replacement. -
Refund Method
All refunds are provided as store credit only, redeemable on solbathandbeauty.com. Credits are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item. -
