- Q: How can I place an order?
A: Browse solbathandbeauty.com, add your chosen products to the cart, and complete checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account to track your orders and reorder faster. - Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: No. Creating an account is optional but helps you view your order history and save delivery details. - Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept all major credit cards, as well as Tabby and Tamara installment options. - Q: Can I use multiple promo codes?
A: No. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per order unless otherwise stated. - Q: How can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Once confirmed, orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to change or cancel your order, email dee@solbathandbeauty.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist before shipment.
- Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver across all Emirates within the UAE. At this time, we don’t ship internationally. - Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may vary slightly. - Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are handled by Shorages or a similar local courier. You’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. - Q: How much is delivery?
A: Standard delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery may apply during special offers or promotions. - Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package’s progress. - Q: What if I’m not home during delivery?
A: The courier will attempt to reach you by phone or SMS to arrange a convenient delivery time. If unsuccessful, your order may be rescheduled for the next available day.
- Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with hygiene seals intact. - Q: Can I return an opened product?
A: Unfortunately, no. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products cannot be accepted for return. - Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. - Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email dee@solbathandbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our team will respond with next steps. - Q: How do refunds work?
A: Approved returns are refunded as store credit equal to the product’s purchase value. Credits are issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. - Q: What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
A: Please email dee@solbathandbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or providing store credit. - Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new order using your store credit.

A: Yes. All Sōl Bath & Beauty products are 100 % cruelty-free. - Q: Are your products vegan?
A: Many are vegan. Each product page clearly indicates whether a formula is vegan-friendly. - Q: Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?
A: No. Our formulations are designed to meet modern clean-beauty standards — free from parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), and harsh synthetic fragrances. - Q: Where are your products made?
A: All Sōl Bath & Beauty formulations are developed and produced in the UAE under strict quality control and safety standards. - Q: I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
A: Our formulations are dermatologically tested, but sensitivity varies from person to person. We recommend patch-testing a small amount on your inner arm before first use. - Q: Do you test on animals?
A: Never. Sōl Bath & Beauty is committed to cruelty-free development and testing practices. - Q: Are your fragrances natural or synthetic?

A: Yes — you can pay with a gift card and still apply one eligible promo code.
